Returns, Order Cancellation, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

Please note that each manufacturer has their own policy and process for dealing with returns and exchanges. We will direct you to the relevant manufacturer who will deal directly with any return or product exchange. Not that you will need to request and receive a Return of Merchandize Authorization (RMA) form before returning any products. Please do not send products back to the manufacturer without this authorization. Do not send products back to us here at EpicGenerators.com.

Orders which are cancelled more than 24 hours after the order date and time will be subject to a $25 administration fee. This occurs regardless of whether the order has shipped or not. For orders which have already shipped when a cancellation or refund request is made, you as the customer will be responsible for paying any return shipping charges to the manufacturer, along with the credit card transaction fee we incur for each order (even cancelled ones). This is currently 2.6% of the total order value.

When administering refunds our payment processing systems will only allow refunds to be issued via the payment method used to make the initial order. If you paid via credit card then this is how the refund will be issued - to the exact same card.
